By registering for this CCIA New York State class, you acknowledge and agree that all fees are non‑refundable.

If you are unable to attend, your payment may be applied toward a future CCIA class, provided that you give at least one week’s notice or present extenuating circumstances that are reviewed and approved by the instructor. Future class availability is not guaranteed.

All participants must follow all safety rules, instructor directions, and CCIA/NYS guidelines throughout the course. Failure to adhere to safety protocols or course requirements may result in removal from the class without refund or credit.
